Check the Child Lock Is Off
Hold for the 3 seconds (or until you hear a chime) to turn Child Lock off. If the Ice Off indicator is lit, the Ice maker is off. Press it once to turn the ice maker on. Lighting button: Press and hold for 3 seconds and wait for a chime to indicate the Child Lock is released.

Measure the water pressure.

Test the ice maker.
It is the fourth vital point to remember that your ice maker is dumping the Ice. Performing a test on the ice maker will force it to go through its regular movements.
You’ll hear the motor running, and a small amount of water will be dispensed at the end. Test the ice maker by pressing and holding the test button on the ice maker. The test button will be on the side or bottom of the ice maker.
Check whether the Ice dispenser is open or not.
It is the last reason to check the ice dispenser. If the ice dispenser is open, it should not work correctly, so dump the ice if you want to rectify your mistake. Keep the ice basket in the Samsung refrigerator and close it properly. It gives the proper results and gives you Ice within 30 minutes.
